Review by hotel critic
Albergo Marsari, nestled just a stone's throw away from the serene lake and the bustling city center, offers a modest yet comfortable retreat. The staff, embodying traditional Korean hospitality, were affable and accommodating. Despite the simplicity of the room, the presence of a balcony to soak in the Italian ambiance was a subtle touch. The clean and well-organized space, equipped with efficient air conditioning, ensured a cozy stay. Value-wise, the complimentary breakfast, albeit modest, allows for a quick bite before delving into the day's adventures. The provision of clean towels and a private bathroom exemplifies attention to detail. The proximity to public transport options makes exploring nearby cities a convenient endeavor. For travelers seeking a blend of affordability and functionality, Albergo Marsari successfully strikes a balance. It may lack lavish amenities, but the hotel's cleanliness, friendly service, and strategic location ensure a practical and budget-friendly stay for the discerning guest.
